My wife and I have “UK” under our names on the right side of each of our Exchange Orders that were mailed to us. We are USA citizens. Should it say “US” or “USA” instead of “UK”?

Hi there,
That is the "Issue place" i.e. where the pass was printed. It will not make any difference on where you can or can't use the pass.
