Hi - We (family of 4) leave for Japan from Canada in 2 days. I was in charge of purchasing the JR Passes and failed. Didn't realize I needed to be sent the physical passes. What is my best option now? Thank you!

My suggestion would be to contact our support team at [email protected] to see if we’d be able to send the pass exchange orders to your accommodation in Japan after purchasing the passes from our site.
