Whats the absolute last timeframe in PST I can do before the price increase?
I'll be in JP around 12/27-12/28 can i submit an order 09/29 and pay pre-increase?

Hi there,
We have a set amount of tickets in the system, once this is reached, new pricing will go into effect. This will be on the 28th. We can issue your pass on the 29th, so it will be fine.
If you want to buy it now, I suggest doing as, as I can't give you a specific time.
