I accidentally folded my jr pass,and the worlds and qr code remain still. When I use 10 times,only 1 time work and it cause huge inconvenience when I enter the station when there are many people in the station. Can I reissue the pass as there the only ‘damage’ is the fold? Or how can I solve this problem? Thanks

Hi there,
Please ask this at the ticket office at any JR exchange station - they may be able to issue a new ticket.
