Hello there,
You would not make savings using a 7-day Japan Rail Pass, but there is a very valuable regional pass here that you can use. This is the Kansai - Hiroshima Area Pass. It offers very good value for travel to Hiroshima (and includes Miyajima too) and covers travel to Nara and Kyoto too!
Then use a one way normal ticket to Tokyo.
