We bought the JAPAN rail pass from third party provider (KLOOK)
Due to Family emergency, we have to cancel our JAPAN trip and not able to use JAPAN rail pass.
We have received the exchange order via mail.
However, we wont be able to travel and would like to know the refund terms and conditions
Please advise.
