We arrive in New Ch airport and head to Sapporo at 7:30 pm. We will then be moving south to Hakodate followed by Amori then Sendai. After that we head to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and finish in Hiroshima and then back to Tokyo airport. Are airport rail covered with pass? How can I check our full itinerary? Is there anyone at airport to trade our vouchers when we get in at 7:30 pm on a Saturday? I have so many questions☺️

There is a JR Pass exchange office at New Chitose Airport. However, please note that this office closes at 7 PM.
If you arrive after 7 PM, you can easily activate your pass at Hakodate Station the following day.
