Hi, my JR passes I ordered from this website were delivered today, and some information from the passes is wrong. For example, the place of issue says Spain, but we live in the United States. My wife’s pass also has the wrong last name. How can I fix this?

We do not issue passes in Spain, this likely means you purchased through a different channel/agent.
Please contact your point of sale for support and a reissue, we can only help with orders placed through www.jrpass.com
