We are in California, USA and need to order JR Passes for our trip we are departing for Tokyo on 3/28/24, will they arrive in time for us, or do we need to have them sent to our hotel?

Usually we deliver within 1-2 business days (after your pass was dispatched).
You could also consider delivery to Japan.
