Hello Daniel,
I unfortunately forgot the Japan Rail pass items I was sent in the post and have now landed in Tokyo without them. Can I go to a JR Pass office with pictures of the information I was sent, and still pick up the pass please?

Hi Marina,
Sorry to hear that! You will need to have the original voucher to activate the pass (else we'd just e-mail you a picture in the first place).
In case you have some time, see if someone can forward the ticket to you, else you can apply for a refund once you return home.
