Hello, could you extend the 1 year limit? Japan is closed and our pass expires this month. If we return it we lose 15% per your policy just to have us buy it again next month or the month after. During this unprecedented times I believe an extension would be more than responsible when you cant even go to Japan and you are imposing your pre-covid rules and regulations. Thank you for your time
