Good Day Daniel we would like to reserve all our JR seats online PRIOR to arriving in Japan. We have purchased a JRPass from your company. Do we do this on your website? Or do we do this on the official JRPass website? The official JRPass allows one to book seats online. We do not want to books seats only once in Japan due to the possibility of un-availability of seats. Thank you

Hi Debra,
Thank you for your post, we do not yet offer seat reservations for bookings made through JRPass.com - this is something we are working on but have not further ETA.
For now, you can make seat reservations as usual, once you arrive in Japan and have activated the pass.
