We are planning to come to Japan roughly around November 24-26. But we will leave our home around November 23rd. That won't be enough time for you to mail it to us as we have no mail service after Nov 21st. Can we still get a JR pass when we arrive in Japan or do we have to have the pass before we land. I've been told it takes 15 business days to arrive.
