I intend to bring along my 2 children, aged 3 & 4 for this coming Japan trip. Do I required to purchased the Japan Rail Pass for them if I intend to purchase a 7 days pass?

Children under 6 years old travel for free on JR trains as long as they are accompanied by an adult (either using a Japan Rail Pass or tickets). To learn more about child validity and costs, check our blog post on this subject.
