I am trying to cancel passes and wifi I purchased - our trip to Japan as been suspended due to the Coronavirus. I have emailed the support email address three times with no response. Please, if someone can help me cancel, it would be greatly appreciated.

We will reply to your e-mail with 24 hours on business days.

Please be reassured that we allow cancellation of passes upto 1 year after purchase. A refund fee of 15% may apply.

Thank you Daniel, but I emailed on 2/17, followed up on 2/18, and 2/19, without any response. I just would like to know the steps I need to take to cancel and refund the JR Pass.

If there is a customer service phone number, I would like to call, as no one as responded to my multiple emails.

I just heard the Tokyo Marathon was cancelled and together with the Corona virus, we're getting a high amount of canceration requests. So the reply time might be somewhat longer.
