Hi,
We will arrive at Haneda Airport International Terminal at around 21:10 and want to activate our JR Pass so we can travel via JR train/bus to our hotel, but the Exchange office in Haneda Airport will be closed. Any suggestion?
Thank you.

Hello there,
I am afraid that its not possible to activate the JR Pass that late. My suggestion would be to exchange the JR Pass the following morning and buy normal tickets for travel to your accommodation.
Kind regards,
Daniel
