Hi,
I am planning on buying the Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass. I will be using this on the last day to travel from Takayama - Osaka by buying then getting the train fron kanazawa to Osaka. I wondered if this is possible with the pass and if I am able to book the busses at all as it looks like most them require reservations.

Hi there,
The bus route is not covered by the pass, so if you want to go from Takayama to Osaka using the pass you’ll need to go via Kanazawa - the map on our dedicated webpage here shows this.
