5 Day JR Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass

The Osaka-Hiroshima trip will likely be enough to make the Kansai-Hiroshima Pass cost-effective - the only route it won't cover from day 4 onwards would be Osaka to Haneda. However my suggestion would be a 7-day JR Pass activated from day 2 onwards: it'll cover all of your remaining train journeys, and will likely be a more cost-effective option as the trip from Haneda to Tokyo can be purchased separately as it'll be significantly cheaper than the rest of your itinerary trips.
