Going to Japan in late march/april. Arriving on the 30th at HND airport. 4 nights in Tokyo then 4 nights in Kyoto with day trip in between (osaka, nara, chasing cherry blossoms) Does one pass cover most of these areas. I was also maybe thinking Hakone if accessible. Flying out of HND on April 9th midday

Hi there,
The JR Pass covers all these routes and will be a cost effective option if you can make the return Tokyo - Osaka, Nara - Kyoto - Tokyo within 7 days.
Hakone is also a great addition.
