My hubby and I plan to travel around Japan in September using a Japan Rail Pass.
We start in Tokyo and are hoping to get to the Jigokudani Monkey Park, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Matsuyama (so that I can get to the Cat island of Aoshima ) then to Mount Fuji and back to Tokyo. We have two weeks and I need to plan our rime to fit it all in and so I can book accommodation, but I cannot find any train timetables - how do I find them as we like to leave early in the morning or arrive late in the evening at each destination so that we waste no time.
What sort of times do the trains start and finish each day? CAn I find a timetable in English anywhere?
