Pass or individual tickets

Good Morning,

I'll be going with my kids (19 and 10 yrs old) to Japan in july.
We are thinking about the following schedule:
5 days in Tokyo
2 nights near Fuji
2 nights in Takayama
2 nights in Kanazawa
3 nights in Kyoto
2 nights in Osaka
1 night in Naruto
1 night in Tokyo

Would you recommend a pass or individual tickets for the three of us, please?
