Hello there,
Travel to Shin-Osaka station, from there the Shinkansen depart at least every 30 minutes to Tokyo.
You can take the train at your own preferred time.

Hi there,
Take a rapid service to Osaka from Kansai Airport and get out ot Shin-Imamiya, from there take a train to JR-Namba station. You can walk from there to your hotel.
