Hi there,
From Toya Station you'll need to get the Hakodate line to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto. Then the Tohoku Shinkansen will take you to Tokyo Station, where you can then take the Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen straight to Hiroshima Station.
