Day3 - Tokyo skytree (Gold fish festival)
Day4 - Farmer's market & Ghibli
Day5 - Nagano - Obuse - Zenkoji temple
(JR Saikyo Line Rapid for KAWAGOE,SHINKANSEN KAGAYAKI 503,Nagano Electric Railway Ltd. Exp.,Nagano Electric Railway for NAGANO)
Day6 - Kusatsu Onsen

Hi there,
All JR lines are incl,uded, however private lines like the the Nagano Electric Railway are not. As far as I can see, this is the only private line in your itinerary and the rest should be included!
