And do i need purchase and JR pass?
Hi there,
Your itinerary looks good and you will visit many nice places in Japan. However, please not that there is no train service after midnight.
I recommend purchasing normal tickets for your itinerary, as the price of normal tickets is below the price of the JRPass.

Issit true that I no need to purchase jrpass? Cause I reach osaka first then need to travel to tokyo in the next morning and then will return to osaka by following fuji and kyoto

If you can include the return Osaka/Kansai - Tokyo with the 7 day JR Pass, then a 7 day JR Pass would be useful. I somehow missed before that you can from Osaka instead of Tokyo.

If I didn't purchase JR Pass i use shinkasen travel from osaka to tokyo, and then buy normal ticket from tokyo to fuji and following kyoto, osaka! Will it be more save? or expensive compare to get a JR pass?

The 7 day JR Pass is about the same price as a return ticket Tokyo - Kyoto/Osaka with the Shinkansen.
Any travel you may do after that is what you would save.
