Advice on which pass may be best for trip

To whom it may concern,

I would very much appreciate advice on my planned trip and specifically whether a 7 day pass for 2 people is economical and/or practical vs separate tickets or some combination of tickets and a regional pass.

Please see our itinerary below and thank you in advance for your time and consideration!

Day 1- Fukoaka to Nagasaki round trip
Day 2- Fukoaka to nearby towns and villages
Day 3 - Fukoaka to Beppu
Day 5 - Beppu to Okayama
Day 6- Okayama to Naoshima
Day 7- Okayama to Kyoto

For days 7-12 We will then do some short trips around Kyoto, perhaps Nara, then onto Tokyo, but I can only assume that will not be cost efficient, but I am open to suggestion!
