regarding my trip in next year to japan, i'm planning to use pasmo for complementary to JR Pass
can i buy pasmo outside tokyo metropolitan area?
can i buy pasmo in kansai airport or osaka because i will landing in kansai airport?

Hi there!
You can only buy the [PASMO card] in and around the Tokyo Area. However this should not be a problem because of April this your you can use IC cards (such as PASMO, SUICA and ICOCA) nation wide and you no longer have to buy one for each region.
I would recommend buying the ICOCA + HARUKA package once you arrive at Kansai Airport.

thanks for the answers,
just to confirmed, so if i buy icoca+haruka i can use icoca in kansai, nagoya and kanto area subway & bus (that supported ic card) JR and non-JR lines
therefore, i dont need to buy manaca and pasmo if i want use ic card in nagoya and tokyo?

Yes that's correct!
You can use the ICOCA card everywhere where other IC cards such as Manaco, Pasmo and Suica are also accepted.
