Hi there!
I assume that you mean Kansai International Airport (let me know if it is a different airport).
There's a direct express train traveling directly between Kansai Airport and Kyoto station. This is the Haruka Express which will bring you there in about 75 minutes.
It is by far the most convenient way to travel there, especially if you carry a lot of luggage.
