Hi there,
We dispatch the physical Exchange Order voucher directly to your home address before you depart. If you are concerned about delivery speed, you can have it delivered to your accommodation (e.g. your hotel address) in Japan. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery to Japan, subject to occasional postal delays.
