Hi, I just tried to buy a jr pass from you page. I filled all the forms, including the credit card ones and at the end a message appeared telling the charge couldnt be made, but the bank send me the comfirmation that the charge was actually made.
Can you help me either refunding my money or sending me the jr pass?
