I am landing at Narita airport on a Friday afternoon and need to get to Okayama on Saturday before 5 pm. Is it best to stay in Narita, Tokyo or just go directly to Okayama?

What time will you be arriving? Depending on the hour, you could do part of the trip to Okayama, maybe even all of it.
