When I order online, do I get the exchange voucher on my email?

Hi there,
For a regular JR Pass, you will receive a confirmation email, but a physical copy of the exchange order will have to be mailed to you. This is also the case for most regional passes, apart from a few for which you'd receive an online exchange ticket allowing you to pick up a physical copy of the pass once in Japan.
