I left my JR pass .Now what could be the cheapest way to travel to Takayama from Tokyo and then to Kyoto and Hiroshima.

Hi there,
By rail: the only option would be to buy normal tickets, as there is no other pass that covers all of these areas.
By bus: you can look at cheaper night bus services like willer express, these are a lot cheaper but not an option I'd recommend.
If possible, see if anyone can forward to pass to you in Japan.
