Is ther any budget hotel in Jozankei Onsen?
I've checked, the lowest I can find is around 5500 yen per pax in Oct. I think it's because it include meals. For those who do not keen on meals and hotel facilities, but concern about the location & easiness to access to the interesting spot, any recommendation?
Jozankei is an onsen town so you'll always be paying a small premium to stay - ¥5500 sounds pretty good (Jozankei View Hotel?) and it may be hard to find anything cheaper.
As an alternative, as Jozankei is around [1hr from Sapporo]), how about daytripping there? There are even [day trip packages] available that include bath tickets and shuttles in addition to the bus journey there from Sapporo station.
