I plan to go Japan Nagoya on May 31, may I know how to use JR train if I from Nagoya to Tokyo ?
I will stay at Tokyo 3 days and will be back to Nagoya do I still using JR train also?
Any other suggest? Any other train pass I need to purchase to save my cost when I at Tokyo ?

Hi there!
I would suggest purchasing a regular ticket from Nagoya - Tokyo. The JRPass quickly starts paying of when you travel a couple of times on the Shinkansen but just a return ticket Nagoya - Tokyo alone would not justify purchasing a pass.
When you are in Tokyo, consider a Tokyo Metro Day Pass which is just 710yen and allows for unlimited travel on the Tokyo Metro.
