Can you please give me advice on how to get to the following destination by using the JR Pass (Bullet Train)
- From Shinjuku to Yokohama Bay Area
- From Yokohama Bay Area to Kyoto (Gion Higashiyama)
- From Kyoto to Osaka

Hi Bee,
Taking the Shinkansen bullet train from Shinjuku to Yokohama is not the fastest way, as there are fast local direct lines between them, such as the JR Shonan-SHinjuku line.
If you do want to take the Shinkansen, then take the Chuo line to Tokyo station or Yamanote line to Shinagawa station and get on bullet train there to Yokohama. Then local transport, the Minato Mirai line to the bay area (not included in the pass).
