Will the JR cover the travel cost from KIX into Osaka? If not, what is the best way from the KIX into Dotonburi in Osaka? Is there a JR from Osaka to Kobe and/or Kyoto? If there is no JR from KIX into Osaka, then I assume there is no JR from NRT from/to Tokyo?

Hi there,
Yes, the JR Pass includes travel from KIX into Osaka. Where you can use the local JR Network to access many areas's including Namba and Umeda.
You can also use the JR Pass to travel to Kobe, Kyoto, Tokyo and Narita Airport.
