This is our second time using jrpass.com and we love the ease, and service!
We are arriving Saturday evening March 28th, and plan on exchanging rail passes that we purchased, at Kansai Airport. Will we be able to reserve seats (green class) at that time, for travel to Fukuoka on Sunday the 29th? Will there be seats available, or can we reserve in advance?
We also purchased meet and greet, will we be guided through process, and will we be able to discuss rest of itinerary?

Yes, you will be able to start making reservations for your trip from the moment that you have exchanged the JR Pass at Kansai Airport.
Your Meet and Greet attendant will be more than happy to guide to through the process and discuss the rest of the trips.
