First time in Japan and We are staying close to shin-yokohama station and wants to go to osaka, kyoto and hiroshima. What would you suggest places to see that is close to jr station. And the train itenirary. Thanks.

Hi there,
Japan has a really good public transport system, especially in the bigger cities. You can visit pretty much any tourist sight within these cities once you arrive. For instance, while in Osaka, I would certainly recommend a visit to the Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori area. To get there in when you arrive in Shin-Osaka, take the subway directly there.
In Kyoto I would include Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari, Kyomizu-dera and Nishiki Market.

Thank you for your response. Does the JRpass covered the subway? How long does it take to go to hiroshima?
