How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. 95% of our deliveries take 1 working day to arrive (in some remote cases it may be up to 3).
- For example if you order by the end of today, your Japan Rail Pass will be dispatched tomorrow (excl. Sat&Sun) and be with you 1-3 working days after that! Fantastic!
Our delivery is both secure and competitive. For your peace of mind, we only use FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail to ensure your tickets get to you in as short a time as possible.
Please remember that for your JR Pass safety someone will need to sign for the package on arrival.
