Where should I change my exchange order

Good day!
I will arrive to Kansai airport 30th of March 2015 about 6 pm. I have purchased a JR exchange order for 7 days. Where can I change my order to JR pass in Kansai airport? If not, I will go to Tennoji station then and would like to start using JR pass since 31st of March. Is it possible to change at the Tennoji station?

Hello there,

You can exchange the JR Pass at Kansai Airport, the exchange office is open until:

Other points of exchange in Osaka are Osaka and Shin-Osaka stations. (Tennoji is not included).
