ill be going to japan in april. i have purchased a jr pass since ill be travelling from osaka-tokyo-osaka-kyoto-osaka-kansai airport. in relation to this, i would like to ask if the voucher that you will be giving will have a brochure, map of the train station. it would be very helpful for firsttimers like me.

Hi there,
The voucher comes packed with a brochure that explain where to exchange the JR-Pass on the post popular stations, to help you find the way to the right exchange office.
From your itinerary I believe that you are flying into Kansai Airport, here activating your JR-Pass is very simple.
On the Airport follow the signs to trains and you will walk right into the train station. Here go to the JR-Ticket office, marked by a green signs that reads tickets. Enter and handover your voucher to activate your JR-Pass.
