I just purchased the JR pass but realized I may not have enough time to receive it at home before my trip unless it is shipped today. Is there a way to track the shipment? Is there a way to change it to be delivered to my hotel in Tokyo instead of my home in the US since I will be in Tokyo on Monday, April 14? Thanks so much for your help with this dilema.

You will receive a tracking number once the pass is dispatched (usually within 1 business day).
If you do need to change the address, then please reply to your order# mail with your updated address details.
Our staff will then get back to you, and we should still be able to redirect your shipment.
