I am flying into Tokyo Narita Airport on June 19th to explore Tokyo till 23rd (5 days). I then board a cruise ship on the 23rd till the 29th. On the 29th I deport at Fukuoka and need to take train up to Kyoto (explore) , Osaka (explore), and then back up to Tokyo on the 3rd to leave at Narita. Can you please tell me what is the best pass I should buy? Thank you!

Hi there,

I would use a 7-day JR Pass for travel to Kyoto and on to Tokyo. This is the only pass that covers this full route and will help you make savings at the same time.
