standing places in the train - golden week

Yes, you can stand. Not very enjoyable for long train trips though. For GW the busy routes at the beginning of it are those leading out of the big cities, particularly to popular resort areas, and at the end all those people come back to the big cities. Even many of the most far-flung places can swell with people during Golden Week. But you can still enjoy yourself. One of the very best places during that time is the Ashikaga Flower Park, with the wisteria in full bloom. Seeing it on either side of GW is preferable, but regardless it is a must see place:

We are going to Ashikaga Flower Park on the 10th of May . Is it not to late?

Hi,

It's too early to tell. The general rule of thumb is late April through the beginning of May. It may be a bit past the peak of blooming, but you should still be able to see some lovely wisteria.
