Shipping delays to Brazil – inquiry

Dear JRpass team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m writing to ask about the current shipping timelines to Brazil. I intend to purchase a ticket in the second half of May to be used in July this year, and I’m concerned about the possibility of delayed delivery based on recent reports.

Could you please inform me of the estimated delivery time to Brazil? If there are any faster or more reliable shipping options available, I would also appreciate your recommendation.

Hi there,

We're aware of custom slowdowns in Brazil but as our tickets are paper only, we found that is has had minimum impact so far. Having said that, I would still order well ahead of time, just in case something does happen.

If you do order now, then you should be 100% good to receive your pass on time and if not, then we will give you a refund.
