On the Hyperdia site I searched for the best ways to get around Japan.
At many times Shinkanzen are the best-quickiest option ( Osaka-Hiroshima, Naoshima-Kanazawa, Takayama-Tokyo)?
Are these trains included in the JRPass?

Hello Benedikt,
Yes all these routes are included in the JR Pass. You can use the Shinkansen with the JR Pass as well. All Shinkansen lines are included, although trains classified as Nozomi are not. You can use trains such as the Sakura and Hikari instead. These travel the same route as the Nozomi.
