seat reservation with JR Pass

Hello!
This is my first time to Japan and of course first time with the JR Pass. I will be travelling from Narita Airport to Kyoto, found a good connection on HyperDia. The question is should I book the ticket (Narita Express 6 and Hikari bullet train)? If yes, how to indicate during the booking that I am using JR Pass?

Hello Pawel,

It is not possible to reserve seats in advance, unless you are already in Japan. No worry though, as tickets rarely sell out and generally it is completely fine to reserve them 20min before departure.
