I will be in Japan for 8 days where I will visit the cities of Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo and Awa Kamogawa (Sea World).
Is it possible to make JR seat reservations for the period at once, considering that I already know the days and times I intend to travel?
If so, where can I make these reservations?

Yes, you can make reservations for all of your trips at once ! This can be done at JR-operated stations, either at ticket machines or at manned JR travel offices.
