Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to use my JR Pass; however, I still have the exchange order and have not yet activated the pass. I am living in the United States. How can I get a refund for my pass (I understand that there will be a 10% deduction)?

Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] quoting your jrpass.com order number and they will be happy to give you instructions on our returns process.
